These terms describe how Doc Delegate works today. By using the service you agree to them.
What Doc Delegate is
Doc Delegate provides AI-assisted document drafting and general information. It is not a law firm and does not replace professional legal services. AI can make mistakes. Fact-check your document and verify current requirements before signing, sending, or filing. Consult a qualified legal professional for legal matters. Court acceptance and legal outcomes are not guaranteed.
Every document comes with an Execution Checklist, and legal documents also include a Prepare for the Conversation guide, at no extra cost. Checklist steps and requirements that we could not confirm against an official source are marked “Needs verification.”
Your responsibilities
You decide whether to sign, send or file any document. Check every fact, name, date and requirement before you rely on it, and consult a qualified legal professional for legal matters. AI can make mistakes, and court acceptance or legal outcomes are never guaranteed.
Plans and payment
Three ways to pay, in US dollars:
- $7 per document — one document credit that never expires until used.
- $25/month Individual — 10 new documents per paid billing period. Unused documents do not roll over.
- $40/month Business — unlimited new documents for your own workspace.
One “document” is one distinct generated output, whatever its page count. Ordinary revisions, new versions, format conversion, checklists and repeat downloads of the same document never use another credit. We never charge overage automatically — when your allowance is used up, you choose whether to buy more.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Doc Delegate never sees or stores your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel; cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, and documents you already created remain available to you.
Review the amount and payment details shown in checkout before confirming a purchase. Creating an account or preparing your initial overview does not itself make a payment.
Billing problems and refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or the service failed to deliver what you paid for, contact us through the support page. We review billing and service errors individually and will make them right where the charge was wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your data and account
You can download your data, delete your documents and files, or delete your whole account from the Account page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription first so you are not billed again. See how deletion works and our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Doc Delegate to deceive, defraud, harass, or to prepare documents you know contain false statements. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
